I didn't wake up one day and decide to run for Mayor. 

I've been showing up, speaking out, and fighting

for Tampa residents for years. 

Here is just a small part of that. 

Now, people may wonder... who is Julie Magill.....what political party is she affliated with? Is she a Republican, or is she a Democrat?

Well, Im a very transparent person so here is the scoop:

I was a Republican for many, many years, I have never registered as a Democrat. As of today, I chose to become an Independent as I don't want to be primaried or labeled anymore. I believe in common sense, family and God. I believe in parental rights, civil rights and our God given rights. 

I instinctly choose to fight against what I see as unfair practices against anyone.
